What should I expect during my first visit?

How do I book an appointment?

What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We also offer some evening appointments by special arrangement.

Are the treatments safe?
Yes, all our treatments are completely safe and non-invasive. Our practitioner is fully trained and certified. However, we recommend consulting with your GP if you have any serious health conditions.
How many sessions will I need?

What should I wear to my appointment?
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For facials, we recommend avoiding makeup if possible. For energy healing sessions, you'll remain fully clothed throughout.

We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we offer package deals for multiple sessions of the same treatment. These can provide better value and help you achieve your wellness goals more effectively.
